Learn how to configure communication settings by selecting the sources for your microphone and camera to ensure optimal audio and video quality during interactions.

Access Communication Settings:

• Open the Menu: Select the menu button, represented by three horizontal lines (☰), located in the top right corner of the interface. This will open the main menu.

• Select Settings: From the menu, choose the settings option, indicated by the cog icon. Navigate to the Communication Settings section.

Select Microphone Source:

• Choose Microphone: In the Communication Settings, find the microphone source option. Select the preferred microphone from the available list. This ensures that our platform uses the correct microphone for audio input, providing clear and effective communication.

Select Camera Source:

• Choose Camera: In the Communication Settings, find the camera source option. Select the preferred camera from the available list. This ensures that our platform uses the correct camera for video input, ensuring optimal video quality during interactions.
